To speed up registration on the morning of our event, we kindly request that you download, complete and bring along this waiver form on the morning of Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Please use a separate form for each person in your party.

A signed waiver form is required for every participant. No exceptions. This is a legal requirement at the Orono Fish and Hunt Club.

We'll collect your waiver form(s) at the registration table.

Blank waiver forms will be available on site but please help us speed up your registration by printing, filling and bringing along your signed form(s) to the event.
